I received my Real Estate Broker's License in 1972. Over the past 5 years, I have received many awards including Top Listing Agent, Top Selling Agent, and Top Producing Agent.

I am married to Rev. Edward Mitchum, who helps as my Personal Assistant. We live in Harmony, NC and specialize keeping up to-date on North Iredell Properties currently on the market.

I can give information on ANY property in Iredell and nearby counties with tax, school, and zoning information. I can also email ANY listing in the Charlotte Multiple Listing Service (MLS) area.
