PROFILE
I am a 2nd generation real estate agent & have been a Sumter resident since 1972. I retired in here after serving 20 years in the military. As a military dependent, active duty military & retiree, I have moved around many times & understand the complexities of relocating. Being a real estate investor since 1977, I have considerable knowledge in Real Estate. I have an Associates of Business in Accounting Tech. from Central Carolina technical college and am a member of Westside Baptist Church.

I specailize in relocation, first time buyers, luxury properties, buyer representation & investment property. Expertise in the Sumter, Dalzell (Shaw Air Force Base area), Wedgefield and Lake Marion.
