After having lived in New Jersey my whole life, our family chose to move to South Carolina. Selecting the beautiful Lake Marion area was a great decision, and I've enjoyed several of my years here working as a Real Estate Office Administrator.
VOLUNTEERISM
Being a volunteer is a great way to give back to your community. My husband and I have been fire company volunteers for over 20 years, and it gives you a tremendous feeling when you help others. We encourage everyone to volunteer somewhere, whether it be the fire company, hospital, animal shelter. We all need each other's help sometimes, so give it a try. And help control the animal population--PLEASE have your pets spayed or neutered.
