I moved to Columbia from Southern California in 1992 and a great move it was! The cost of living is much less here, esspecially when it comes to Real Estate. You will find that Real Estate in this area is quite inexpensive when compared to other parts of the country. I really enjoy helping people just like you to find their new home here or to sell the home you have now. It is my favorite thing to do!

Being a veteran myself, I am particularly aware of the needs of people in the military.
